Generally, there are two ways to detect the welding seam: the first is to use the air pump, the pressure gauge and the hollow needle to detect; the second method is to use the vacuum pump to detect. The first method requires inserting a hollow needle into the welding seam to pressurize the entire welding seam and block the two edges of the welding seam, and then detect the change of air pressure. The second method does not require damage to the impermeable membrane. Apply soap liquid to press the vacuum pump to pressurize the soap liquid, and detect the change of airtight air pressure in the welding seam. The air pressure of the air pump can reach and maintain 250KPA within 2 minutes, and then observe for 10 minutes. The allowable air pressure reduction range is 10KPA. If the drop is greater than 10KPA, the welding is unqualified, and it needs to be repeated more than ten times.
